Our Ameriwall™ and AccessaBath™
bath and shower shower enclosure
walls are available in
pre-fabricated acrylic kits,
that consist of two (2) or three
(3) walls, designed to be
installed over industry standard
wall board, bath tubs and shower
pans. Each enclosure system is
manufactured with an integrated
soap dish and an interlocking
channel system, that enhances
the products overall rigidity
and to prevent any possible
water penetration after
installation. Most AmeriWall™
enclosures are designed so the
back wall can be can be trimmed
to width, to fit most new
construction or existing
building renovation
requirements. AmeriWall™ and
AccessaBath™ offer a significant
cost savings when compared to
grouted tile, stone, glass, or
the many other commercial grade
bath or shower wall materials
that are used in our
construction or renovation

BATHROOM
WINDOW KITS
|
AmeriWall window kits are made up of
three components consisting of a
sill piece and two side pieces or
panels. They are available in
the following sizes and should
correspond with the in-side width
of the window frame: 16", 24" 32".
36", 48" and 60". The side pieces or
panels of our window kit are 24" in
length or height and are designed to
be installed in conjunction with the
sill piece and terminate at the same
height of the AmeriWall enclosure
that is installed.
The
basic design of the AmeriWall window
kits allow the sill and
side pieces to be glued to a 2"
minimum depth, relatively smooth
surface window frame that has been
exposed by completely removing that
portion of AmeriWall around the
window frame. Both the sill piece
and side pieces of our window kits
have a rounded bull nose, that
extends over the parallel front
surface of the edge of the window
sill, sides and enclosure
wall. Once the window kit is trimmed
to fit the inside of the window
frame, each piece is glued in place
and the seams are completely caulked
with same 100% silicone caulk that
was used for the AmeriWall enclosure
installation.
AmeriWall window kit side pieces or
panels are typically installed
"no higher" than the top of the
installed AmeriWall enclosure.
Therefore the top of the window
frame should extend past the top of
the AmeriWall enclosure. In
addition, the sides of the window
frame that will be covered should
not be higher than the total 24"
length or height of the side
pieces or panels provided. If
the enclosure extends past the top
of the window frame, then a double
window kit will be required to
completely cover all four (4) sides
of the window frame. Click photos
