American Bath Enterprises (ABE) was founded in 1991 with the goal of making the installation and replacement of bathtub and shower walls and enclosures easier and more affordable. Over time, ABE noted that customers often complained about how difficult tile was to keep clean, how difficult it was to install and how often it broke.

Tile has been around for thousands of years, but ABE felt it was time for a change.
That time is now. ABE has achieved its goal by developing a comprehensive line of AmeriWall™ thermally formed acrylic bathtub and shower enclosure wall kits, PLUS a window kit that reduces damage to window seals. The design elements, materials and glossy finish of AmeriWall™ bathtub and shower enclosures are the culmination of years of bath product experience and extensive customer feedback.

With the development of AmeriWall™, ABE has created a less expensive, universally applicable bathtub and shower enclosures that replace grouted tile, fiberglass and other bathroom enclosure materials commonly used with stronger, more durable materials constructed into quickly assembled systems.

Now available in two-wall and three-wall enclosures that meet virtually every kind of bathtub and shower wall need, AmeriWall™ bathtub and shower enclosure wall kits are fabricated using a proprietary manufacturing process that combines two sheets of permanently bonded, thermally formed acrylic.

To make the walls easier to install and more rigid during and after the mounting process, AmeriWall™ enclosures are designed with an interlocking and overlapping channel design. Every kit comes with complete, easy-to-follow installation instructions that eliminate guesswork and minimize downtime.

To install over prepped sheetrock, greenboard or other approved material and after you have installed all plumbing, all a customer needs is their unpacked AmeriWall™ product and some glue, some caulk, a few simple tools and about an hour of time. It's really that simple and no grout means no attraction for mold or mildew.
